Finally, time has come to let go and we have this feeling being as young children again… It will be an adventurous trip, and we hope you will come along.

Actually we have no plans, except from heading towards the Mediterranean and that we should be back in October – November later this year.

Except from this, we let weather and wind set our course.

Damn it – the boat never gets finished!

zenith8-2Jeah, jeah, and here we are, down by the shore along the coastline of Catalonia, without a boat…..
This is so sad that I feel like crying a bit.
From where I sit, overlooking all the boats in the bay, out at sea or passing by, in the middle of the best vacation time, I really wished it was us out there……….

The distance from Sotogrande, far south in Spain and up to Empuriabrava, located about 40 km from the border to France, is both long and exposed to bad weather. Since the agreement was to get the boat on land no later than Monday 19th of July, we felt that our nice and calm boat trip became a kind of speed cruising instead of the trip that we wanted in our own pace.
