Ildefonso Speciale

This is a good friend of mine, Ildefonso.

He`s a real Canarian with a warm sense of humor.  He is working within the restaurant business, and was the one who first served me this fantastic drink.

Today it`s my favorite, and I have boldly named the cocktail after him.

On warm days, as we quite often have on this Island, it feels very refreshingly, and can be strongly recommended.
