Hi, and welcome aboard!
We appreciate that you are visiting our blog about Zenith goes Mediterranean, and hope you will enjoy reading about our adventure and have a look at some of the photos we take. We will try to keep the blog updated as long as weather conditions, equipment and internet connections allow us.
Many people, like us have dreams of different kind in life, and I guess the dreams are as many as they are different.
Unfortunately the most common for all our dreams are that they never will be realized and the reasons to this are many and various as well.
When you one day, finally get the possibility to let your dream come true, many get second thoughts. What about family, what about friends, what about this and that. When everything comes to an end, it is usually ourselves that are the biggest obstacle for doing what we like to do, or what we actually end up doing.
To do one thing, should not automatically prevent us from doing something else, we just might do things a little different than what we are used to do or what is “expected” to do.
This is certainly our experience in life so far!
Geirr and I have now come to a point in life, where we have got a possibility to let a dream for years come true. We are of course aware of how lucky we are by having this possibility, and feel both humble and grateful.
Together with this feeling, we also have this childish feeling of happiness and high expectations over things which yet have to come, and that we still do not know about. That`s a part of the game I guess.
Isn`t that the whole point with a dream or adventure; the travel towards the unknown, where the aim actually is the adventure itself? Where each new door opening reveals something new and unknown, and which we would never have experienced if we didn’t grab the chance?
I mean, isn’t that the whole clue? That this is something we do not know about before we have tried, and is why it makes it all so exciting and worth while.
So, therefore welcome aboard, and come along on our adventure on water!
Tone & Geirr

Mvh
